I been waiting for it for long time (for about 4 years) and now its possible to have paypal in ESTONIA!! Amazing.
Opened one account today and also verified it.
Who want`s to donate me some money?
What accounts do You guys use? standard? premier? business?

But we can only send payments:
Members in Anguilla, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, the Slovak Republic, Slovenia, and South Africa may not use PayPal to receive payments, but only send payments. The PayPal system requires certain criteria be met to fully utilize our system, however this is not a reflection of the customer.

Can't you sign up with paypal with just an email address you won't be able to deposit into a bank account? In the past I thought they had an advertisement where you could send money to anyone, even if they didn't have a paypal account.

thats almost true you can send a paypal payment to an e-mail address that is not a paypal account, and then the person who receives the e-mail can claim the money by signing up.

So yes you can send money to anyone, but in order to actually receive the funds you need an acocunt.

You don't have to have a Paypal account to make a payment via Paypal, if the recipient accepts credit card payments.
