Ditto to that...2982 at Sedo, a few hundred else here and there. Not bragging on the number of domains or the quality (or lack thereof) but I should not have to keep going back into my account and changing shit back to what I want it to be only to have it changed again. Not a damn page that I have designated as Arabic, Japanese, Chinese, Italian, or Spanish is coming up in any other language as a lander other than English.
Sure, got drop down boxes to select a language but what in the hell is the point of selecting a language, keyword opimization, and monitization if it is going to be ignored from the get go. If I want Japanese lander, I don't want English. If I want adult products I don't want adult incontinent diapers.
Sedo just doesn't get it.
Screw em all. They all suck. Dopa not answering emails for weeks now and none of my Chinese domains showing up in the control panel, NameDrive getting traffic and some hits paying $0.00, Parked pages rather generic looking, control panel okay but not getting the CTR, Moniker Traffic Club has never let me log into my account and as much as I do like Moniker as a registrar their support sucks for matters other than domains and have not responded to a single email regarding that issue for weeks now. And sedo? talk about beating a dead horse.
The time spend on moving, optimizing, selecting, keywords, tweaking and all the other BS just to be pissed off with the results in the end is not worth it.
Get my taxes done, tweak a few existing sites and THEN...take that time spent laboring on the above scenario and bullshit and develop my own template and create my own landers with feeds and links like CJ, Linkshare, Yahoo or AdSense.
The success or failure will rest squarely upon me but at least I will have control over my portfolio and will not have to listen to any more bullshit excuses from piss poorly trained staff that find it easier to lie and mislead rather than get a real answer and a correct answer the first time.
And then you all won't have to be subjected to my rants and raves on this same topic over and over. Simply fed up with this shit and the volumes of emails that I am collecting to show just how pathetic many of these services are.
