Dirk, unless you succeed to create a centralised e-paydesk for many colleges, this name has quite no value. What would be the advantage for colleges to benefit from such e-paydesk, instead of actual system ? And even if there is an advantage, this would be extremely time consuming for you to build up such system (maybe contact some college networks ?)...
