Legendary JP --

A big THANK YOU for taking your valuable time to investigate and spotlight the fraud and theft that exists -- your integrity is iron-clad -- a good reminder for all to be vigilant and careful during our transactions.

UPDATE !
Thief made FAKE escrow printscreen:
http://startseek.com/fake-escrow-range.jpg
Made me really laugh...he also MUST BE reading this forum as he used "Denny"

Has anyone some good contact to escrow.com who could confirm such transaction never took place ? It would be really helpful (unless the thief is sofisticated and made real transaction with real transfer but this one I doubt). Would need some direct contact because they would ignore someone they do not know, imho.

Also if anyone who is using escrow.com see some nonsense there pls let me know what that nonsense is.

Escrow.com confirmed the printscreen is fake, so the thief basically helped me prove he is a thief :)

Hello,

That transaction number 437037 is not associated with that domain name at all. Although this looks really authentic (even to me) it is completely fake.

Scarey stuff as these auction sales usually take forever to close and process, leaves alot of time to pull a scam.

On a side note and back to the original name I found, Paul Butler called me today and was curious which name was stolen. I called back and left a VM as clearly since the theif has his email and hasn't changed whois yet poor Paul has no clue. Also told him where to find this thread so... we'll see.

Another funny thing is if you search
"2886 Preston" domain
There is lots of domains which USED TO have his data and now has not - so either he already sold it or they all got it back
Lots of such domains are now owned by this same person
http://whois.domaintools.com/reserve.org
So either is this thief other identity OR he stole from this guy a lot of domains and he got it back OR he sold it to this guy

Or seacrhing for his phone number (Skype number)
"972 746 4454"
I get hit with strikers.com
Now whois also changed BUT whois email is
[email protected]
This is his MO - this type of emails (for range.com he is using [email protected])

He seems to be quite active thief

Not possible I would think until his email changes, the theif never changed his whois at all, he simply had his email pass. So no idea of knowing yet. On top of that Paul was clueless about it all until a day ago.
