Sedo may be turning a blind eye to shill bidding, but that seems to be the industry norm. Here is a discussion I started about what appears to be shill bidding on GoDaddy:

I'm not suggesting that I have damning evidence. But perception is reality. And a number of domain marketplaces have far to go before the domainers or the general public will consider them trustworthy.
