It is sad that people think ccTLD are only good for domain hacks.
Estonia is not a big market but .ee is popular there. Personally I would go for generic keywords or domains with obvious commercial use. Just sayin'

I have domains in quite a few foreign extensions, even though I don't live in those countries. But the names are still valuable. They sell to local end users and some are doing fine on parking
