Don't think so... Isn't it considered more related to vodka? I like it though, as well as the Bulgarian Mastika. They are quite similar IMO

Congrats on the sale Theo, well done. I sold a similar nnn.org last year, and while way above reseller prices, not as high as this one ;) Have a few more of those, so I don't mind threads like this at all

Yeah....the Greek "Sambuca".....no...not considered a wine.....considered "NASTY"!...:)

Tony, ouzo considered nasty? Man, what do you drink then?

Every time I visit Greece I bring back a couple of large bottles of "Ouzo 12"

The proper way to drink it is 1/2 ouzo, 1/2 cold water - the mix then turns milky. You can also pour it over ice (till it turns milky) or have it with orange soda (my favorite). Best served at a cafe by the beach with appetizers: ham, cheese, octapus :D

lol...I can't handle ouzo...My Mom loves it!!....and yes that is the proper way to drink it....unless u go straight ouzo...on the rocks!.....Raki (homemade ouzo) did me in a few years ago....and i havent recovered since!..lol..:)

Congrats Theo - great sale and good news for the industry. Yeah - ouzo and water all round 50/50 and with a nice helping of ice :D

ps: make money there and then spent it in Greece :cool:
