Yes, I have the same problem with a registration for a customer. Very embarrasing to have to keep explaining why their name is not yet registered. I got excited when finally, after 24 hours I received the "Thank you for your recent order. Below you will find a summary of the products and services ordered for your account" "Registration Successful." "Total billed..." but the name's not registered.

Enom informs me my registration order is successful, and I checked it, yes, the domain (.biz) is registered under my name. But the problem is: this name is not listed in my account.

ENOM, a lot of problems.

i think the problems happend because they are adding the 350.000 info domains to reseller accounts.
so take it easy ;)
I am sure everything will go well in some hours/days/weeks/month or years :D

ENOM frequently has problems from time to time, which made me no enough trust on it.

Perhaps I have to move some domains out of them to DirectI?

Well unlike the previous reported experience by someone else, I have discovered that the domain names I registered (including one this past hour) are not available on other registrars, and the whois info shows enom as the registrar (with no registrant data, spooky). So as long as they end up in my account in the next 24 hours I can forgive eNom.

By the way, eNom uses Windows based servers. Now that has me a little worried. ;)
Maybe the registration server blue screened!

I just registered a bunch of names at Enom.
Some are .orgs.

I received the confirmation immediately.
However, they are not in my acct.

Fortunately, .org's whois listed them registered to me.

So, the system is working except putting the name in the acct.

Can you imagine the backlog if they have to hand sort all the registrations to the accounts. That might explain why it's taking so long (my first problem was on the 1st, over 72 hours ago!)

WRONG - everything did not go okay - thus far, 3 of our new registrations were lost to others, who had a functional registrar.

Same here, finally my subaccount customer's domain name is registered, but it's not in my account and it doesn't show up in the Enom whois.

My customer's site is totally and completely not-live and in limbo.

This is my customer's lifelong business past and present. But I assume once this fiasco is hand sorted, I will get the name.

My condolences to those who lost their names.

I would say that is an awfully important exception. :)

back to the old bug of not reporting won auctions through club drop!

enom, wake up!!!!

Look at Sedo.
They are going down. Unfortunately so, but Sedo's future isnt looking good IMHO.
many people will move.
Enom is falling into the same type of trap.

Finally got all my weekend registrations sorted out and in my account but registering at Enom is still slow as molasses. Tried to register two at different times today and after waiting several minutes both times had to go over to EV1 and register them there (they were names that had just popped up on a list that wouldn't stay unregistered long). This has to be costing them a fair amount of business since all customers seem to be experiencing this.
