You are on the verge of a THIRD banning in approx 2 months. Focus on offering premium names, advancing in domains and adding valuable discussion. lol, a lot of different opinions here. Thanks all. I don't think that buyers backing out of business deals is all too common. I have been in the business for 4 years and I have completed several XX,XXX transactions. I have never had a problem with a buyer. I have always received prompt payment and excellent communication.

Cowardly buyers and sellers are everywhere, and in every industry. Every month I have buyers and sellers backing out of xxx - xx,xxx deals. The only thing you can do about it, is prepare yourself for the possibility of it happening before you begin any transaction. It's a part of the game, and you must accept that. I've learned the hard way.

Your ultimate fate is not in my hands but your own. Name calling is not something that will be tolerated here, with or without a hug . I do not appreciate the 4-5 jabs you have taken at me and therefore this new out burst by you has been reported. Decent members here need to know when attacked they can turn toa mod/admin and action will be taken. You will now be put on block and ignored.

I am actually glad this discussion went this way. A new talk about non paying members and an example to those new and old of how not to behave on this board. I was on another board where a running list of times a members was disciplined was posted for all to see all with reasons...

Out of respect to our Asian and Chinese members, I am not convinced putting on our best Asian comedy display like it was an episode of King of the Hill is at all cool or funny.

I like fun and games like anyone else, but I think there is a time when lines are crossed.

I have done nothing but defend myself from your ongoing harassment, please leave me alone and stop trolling me in every other thread...do I have to have my lawyer file a restraining order on you? One more issue that I would like your comments on:

A member here purchased 50 IDNs from me in January and ever since January I have been attempting to push them to their Dynadot account. At Dynadot the receiver must accept the account push but this person has neglected to do so. The transaction has canceled itself 5 times and I have had to re-initiate it. I contacted this member yesterday and said that they need to accept the account change because its been 6 months now, if they do not accept the change I will simply keep the domains. Do you find this acceptable?

I agree, it was humorous and not hurtful at all, thats If you have a sense of humor and are'nt just interested in trying to get your fellow members in trouble or "banned" constantly at every perceived opportunity possible...it would be.

I would contact dynadot and advise them, maybe in writing...after that I guess there's nothing left to do...just don't resell them for awhile just in case I would say...maybe refund the money?
