btw this thread is about Jeff VS Damian RE: sale of a domain name for a Lineage 2 server with a great deal of info withheld from jeff to insure quick sale.
my posts shed light on the reasons why and to offer assistance with L2 for Jeff regardless of the outcome of the lawsuit.

Oh jeff, btw, ROFA was fully functional during june and july. The "incident" didn't occur till either last week july or first week august.

At this point if you're one of those angry people please re-read this to be sure you want to say what you think you want to say and not make random quotes to fit sentences together that don't actualy represent my meaning(s).

He didnt help me with the server. The server was already working before he messaged me. He added me to MSN yesterday and he asked me how things were going.


He made no mention of the game server expenses(he told me on msn but lied about it). It was after the sale he told me that it was required. HE said donations were for goodwill. If he was really making a killing he would have never got rid of it. He got rid of it so he could say oh mom my expenses are so low and the rest is profit!@ I'm not dumb. I asked for everything from him before I bought the site. Now he tells me out of the blue on dnforum that server expenses(just the web server) is $849/mo. Last night he said to me that i need to work on the site 7 hours a day to make money. LoL the kid pulls new stories everyday. He's in school everyday so i doubt he does 7 hours a day. He never even psoted on his own forum too much.

I don't really understand why several people have attacked the credibility Hylian. From some of his earlier posts (page 10 I believe) it's pretty clear he is a neutral third party. He explained that donations made were likely to compensate for in-game rewards or favors. Why should an L2 game server expect donations when the site and/or game have not been functioning correctly?

I agree with this. I was reading this thread as it was in the legal issues forum which is where my interests lie. I used to know nothing about game servers etc, and was wondering why people donate to such sites. Hylian's post explained that very well, and also explained why people had stopped donating.

Back to the topic. I have a game site where I receive donations for "Gil" (forum money) which is used in conjunction with our RPG game. It is similar to what Damien was doing at his site but he said the donations were for nothing. This is BS. He lied blatantly.
Also at sitepoint he makes it clear he will help with the transition.

Oh well this kid needs some serious help. A "pen name" errr I mean "alias".
Gets his mommy involved to save his a$$. His mother is one of those "my kid can do no wrong" types. She has blinders on and is doing her son an immense disservice.

he's been telling me about his interactions with you and yes you did get the server running, however he has been telling me about a number of your inquiries and you are seeking assistance from him.
as i've explained he WAS making a "killing" but when he decided to corruptly assist a clan on his server and the other gms found out, the server files were appropriated and a new server (excalibur) was made with the rofa DB so that the players could move there without a corrupt admin and without losing their characters that they worked months on. hense the "killing" came to an end (at least for damian) and he could no longer make $ so that's where you came in jeff.
i'm not denying what he did, just explaing. and i know some d00sh is gona say "omg omg your siding with damian!!" no.. no i'm not.. READ.

Looks like you're getting served now "Damien Stone". The guy that bought adena back in April wants his money back. This will probably make those that bought adena in July when the server was down request refunds too.

Just want to add that adsense has been up for one whole day yesterday (and the day before). Yesterday it made $3.70 ;-) A far cry from the $40-60/day you claimed

Traffic it says is 2000 impressions/day

Well its a criminal offense. You never had a server inAugust and owe all those ppl refunds. One person just sent me a threat of going to the police to get his owed money back. I will be giving the customers wanting a refund your information as I don't owe these customers a cent as I did not own the server back then and this is a new gameserver.

Where does DamienStone live?

I bought a PDA online from a guy in FL. I sent him the funds via bank check. I waited a week and no PDA. I emailed and he never responded etc. After about 2 weeks and no response I started researching and found the guys address. I called the Police in his town and they were nice enough to stop by his house and inquire about the PDA.
In my case the police dept. was extremely friendly and the dude crapped his pants when they showed up at his door. He called me with a sob story how his supplier lied about shipping etc. and he overnighted me a check.

I think you have a good case but I'm not a lawyer.

Damienstone totally screwed up his rep for a couple grand.

His address is becoming public for those to see in less than 12 hours if the money isn't back in my account. Those that emailed me sayign they'd contact authorities for not getting the adena will be given his home address ;-).

They can send their love letters there. Alex the game is over and its payback time PAL ;-)

and if you try anything with me that shouldn't happen i'll make sure that alex haxton and your new sites appear #1 for scammer using my resources ;-)
