DNForum Never Answers Any Emails?

Hello,

I'm new - about three weeks on DNForum.com

Does anyone know how to get in touch with the DNForum guys?

I have attempted to contact them though their "Support" link and they never respond. I paid a fee, and I am having trouble using the system - so I expect some help from them.

So far I don't see staying here much longer if they are going to be that unprofessional. I'm charging back their fee to my credit card if they can't answer simple ticket questions.

Anyone else have this problem with them?

DNforum is going through a lot of techincal changes as well as Moderators/duties.

If you PM one of these guys

The New Admins:

Bob - Full-time administrator.
GiantDomains - Full-time Administrator.


Moderators:

SouthernTN
Biggedon
Polish

I imagine your issue will be addressed shortly.
If the "system" isn't working for it could be a bug that needs reporting that is more specific to an Admin :Bob and GiantDomains.
General issues go to the Mods: SouthernTN, Biggedon, Polish

Yea, I would think contacting one of the admins/mods would make it go easier.. Or post in one of the top areas, alot of membership problems are dealt with faster in those.

Im on more than 10hours a day on avg so I'll be able to respond with something more than likely personally.

The others are also on around those times.

Well, you can see that his first post was like 3 weeks ago. My guess was that he registered a long time ago, yet did not use the forum. Thus, the truth that he's 'new'. sort of.
