It's so unlikely that you could get it, it's really not worth trying imo. Your full name, maybe. First off, for popular names (first and/or last), you may well forget about Yahoo, Hotmail, or any other free e-mail service. The worst part about yourname@yahoo is that it gives a "cheap" impression, even for personal use. (Using yourbusiness@hotmail is commercial suicide.)
