Have you put a support ticket into your registrar?

You need to contact support, the link is under quick links to the right of home page.

It can take several forms. Some companies have a formal process where you must hit a link and submit a request for support.

Others (most) just provide you with an email address, ususally something like "[email protected]" or something like that. You use this address to send tham an email asking for help with a particular item.

Also, most registrars have a knowledge database or FAQ screen where you can find your answers without submitting a support ticket.

I hope this is not too basic, and that it helps. :)
