I don't see how the criticisms of Gordon's service are justified.

You only pay on success. So if he doesn't get the name you lose nothing. I think Dropwizard is best used in conjunction with other services to try to "doubleteam" the name.

This is an incredibly competetive area with tons of scripts and bots etc. If a domain is worth snapping you'd better be willing to throw everything but the kitchen sink at it or it is not worth registering in the first place.

There are so few domains that would attract that type of traffic :confused:

I do not know what posts some of you are reading, but know one has criticized the services of Gordo or his "dropwizard" or Gordo himself. Gordon makes alot of statements. He was simply asked to provide facts to his statement below;

Straight goods

DropWizard.com

This statement does not say he bagged 4 for his clients or that his clients were able to bag 4. It states he bagged 4 names. This was not possible. On the other hand the only bashing has been done by Gordo and his little buddies. Take a minute and start from the first post and read all posts afterwards. Then ask yourself why has Gordo blown it out of proportion. hmmmm?

StockPilot, why do you say this was not possible? Do you know something about the domain drop process for Tucows names that others don't? Please enlighten us.

Yes, enlighten us oh knowledgeable one. Why couldn't one bag four names or ten names or 100 names out of tucows or any other drop for that matter.

I'll love to hear this one.

And why are you picking a posting I made in another subject thread about somebodies traffic claim and posting it here. If you're saying that was critical of "ME" re-read it... I wrote that post:rolleyes:

Getting confused with all the arguments you attract with your stupidity?

Another post critical of me in this forum.... give us a link. Love to see it.

kidkool, you are right.
You lose nothing besides spending small time to enter account info.
I just doubt "4 domains" as StockPilot mentioned.

gmartfin, I don't have the answer to the following;

> Did they have SnapBack?

Could you answer me?
It's easier to grab domains if they don't have SnapBack.
For example, I can say like this;

I bagged 4 in last 48 hours.
Straight goods.

You can verify (later) by checking whois of the following domains;
EasyVideo.com, Corano.com, CodeGate.com, LittleActors.com.

Anyway, I don't know why nobody shows us _an example_.
So, I'm trying by myself to know if DropWizard is so strong as gmartfin said.
The current result;

BusinessOne.com - draw (SnapNames also lost it)
Personally.com - SnapNames won
?????.net - see tomorrow

Mohno I already told you. If you read back on the posts I don't have the time to go find out if domains are snapped or at namewinner or anything else.

I just take orders from clients for the domains they want for whatever reason and shoot for them. Some we win. Some we lose. Nobody claims to be the best and we certainly don't either. As somebody said previously it costs you nothing to try through us. we only charge for success so what's your downside.

:confused:

...

It seems that I missed your reply in many messages. Sorry.
Yes, it's possible to grab 4 domains as I mentioned.
Once, I registered 10 domains in 10 minutes.

Ok, you could win SnapBack in some cases ... like me :D
You could be a choice for someone.
So, next is the final experiment.

I used one of your posts from another thread, becuase it shows that not only are you a blowhard but also a hypocrite.

Your threads are nothing more than a spill over from Afternic, where a group of wannabes bid on each other's auctions. Now it's just ego's.

Hey stockpilot...

It's misleading and unethical to take a quote out of context as you have in attempts to apply it to a different discussion. I don't even know what thread it's from, nor do I care, as I have no doubt that Gordon's remarks made perfect, justifiable sense WITHIN the original context in which he wrote it.

What's your motive anyway? You have the audacity to talk about egos!? Heck, if you had half as much insight and intelligence as your overzealous ego lets you think you do there's a chance you *could* at least make the slightest semblance of a logical argument. Unfortunately, that’s apparently out of reach.

Stock Pilot you're a liar.

My posts were quite professional until you started insulting my clients. I posted a list of your comments previously in this thread showing the utter crap you were throwing at people. It was only then I got nasty. You deserve it.

And once again nobody owes you anything. You want info get off you A** and find it yourself.

Oh wait I said that. Duh!

and now you're accusing me and my buddies of coming out and posting. If my clients and buddies are posting in support do you think that's because I've treated them right. Or because I screw them.

>Once, I registered 10 domains in 10 minutes.

I remember the good old days (before the Guru blabbed) when I could grab 10 quality dropping names within 10 seconds.

Some mornings, I'd get 100 names.

Those WERE the days!

Ah yes, those WERE the days indeed. Sounds like the stories grandpa would tell...Back when I wuz your age son, we'd walk 18 miles to the nearest store, where for a dime I could buy a Model T, a year's supply of Coke, and still have enough for a nice present fer yer grandma.

Never mind.
It's still good because I don't have to spend $120.
You still could be someone's choice.
