I have been fighting ENOM Central's support for over a month now. They respond rarely. I have a domain there that I bought for $400 through a Club Drop auction last January. I did have DNS control for it but it and it 'belongs' to me at ENOM but the real, global registry has it registered to someone else. I can get NOTHING done about it. I have sent repeated messages and even sent one to their legal department. NOTHING!! Renewal is $29.95 at this supposedly 'marvelous' registrar. Their control panel is mediocre, their price is absurd, and, worst, their support is about as bad as it gets.

By contrast, if I have a problem at Go Daddy, they answer within 2 hours as they promise to do.

GoDaddy.com - Thumbs Up!;)
ENOM.com - Thumbs WAY Down. What's to love about this company??! :upset:

I don't know how many domains you have, but you can buy a $9.95 account from eNom for $195, or you can deposit $1450 (usable) for $8.95 domains.

eNom aren't really a retail registrar like GoDaddy. But that doesn't excuse this kind of service. You should try calling them.

I raised this issue during Enom reseller summit last month. They told me that they are addiing more tech support based in europe to cover 24 hours support.

Best regards,
Em

I continue to use them because they have a very good control panel. I rarely use support and even when I do, it generally isn't critical. I wouldn't call $6.95 pricing level expensive. I agree about the security issues however, having personally been a victim of them.

Because some people choose eNom, just as some people choose netsol. They
choose based on what they know.

So far, I like both godaddy and enom. Maybe they don't reply emails, but I usually contact the reseller team by phone directly and there is always someone there to help me. I never have problem with them... they have great service and customer services. I strongly advice you to contact their reseller team and it is worth it to become an enom reseller. :) Remember, it's only $6.75 / domain. :)

agreed, screw the Tech Support and Customer Service, I raise issues with my account manager DIRECT, and I solve 90% of the issues for my SUB Accounts.

Moniker is great but the Control Panel is as ackward as a 13 year old boys first time.

Yep, eNom suck. They never replied to any e-mails I sent them, and they also thought that by changing my main site's DNSes, I actually meant "delete the DNSes, and then prevent any further changes to the domain's DNSes" - idiots. They caused my main site (30,000+ uniques per month) to crash for a week..

Vision, eNom support has nothing to do with Namejet, despite the affiliation they are two separate companies.

What I mean is that eNom cannot help you with Namejet issues :) I tried that avenue once in the past and it doesn't work; internally they might have links etc but it seems the only way to resolve Namejet issues is through their help system (I've found eNom to be very responsive with regards to registrar issues).

I just have to let some domains expire - I do not like paying $35.00 for renewals.
They are a worst company.

You know you can push the domain to other resellers at lower cost. Let's face it, you let it expire because it's a useless domain.
