Estibot is one of, if not the best domain tool IMO. Just ignore the appraisals, the metrics it provides are very helpful to sort through large lists.

I don't go for the appraisal values though they are way off most of the time.

I think your right, At $150, Mocus.com is way over valued....lol

The appraisals is what this thread is mainly about, using valuations in sales threads, Do you ever bother to read the OT?

What is the title of the thread - Estibot Is Useless So Why Use Them?

I was pointing out there is more value to Estibot than appraisals alone.

Why are you here anyway? All you do is post political rants and provide nothing of value to this forum.
You are going on my ignore list.

I don't use Estibot for the valuation. I use it for the pre-appraised drop lists, the long-tail tool, and the end-user finder. They have all gone a long way for me.

I like estibot.

As far as valuations are concerned, what do you like about it?

To all the EstiBot haters out there....

Thank you for sending us more customers :)

Your negative karma monetizes quite well for us.

To all of our great customers, thank you for your support.

We will continue to release more tools and features that will make it easier for you to acquire and sell domains.

Don't mention it, One of the reasons why were all here is to help our fellow domainers make money, no matter how dis-functional their services are.

If your a rep from Estibot, let me just say that I applaud your work and effort in developing Estibot, In concept it's a great web site with very useful tools and information... But in estimating the values of domains, it sucks, Like I said before your estimates are all over the place and you know it.... You know the wheel is broken and your choosing not to fix it.

We have some of the crappiest domains here estimating for thousands, if not TENS of thousands of dollars, These are names that would be lucky to fetch $50.... It's beyond ridiculous.

estibot said that domain price is 700 usd, but domain was sold for 50,000 usd. estibot is just a domainer toy.
That's not a toy, that's an explosive device. :)

What do you expect from an automated tool? It is what it is. No reason to complain about it unless you lost a bunch of money betting on it's estimates.

Domains are all one of a kind. We all see names sell at prices that seem cheap on a high end name, and then a $4000 sale on just a junk name. But if someone wants it for their business and thats what the seller wants.
