Same issue on my laptop screen - the thread title, breadcrumbs and 'post new thread' button are hidden below main menu and tablinks.
I use FF.
I have to manually shrink my browser window at a tablet size in order to view them.
It is very uncomfortable because without breadcrumbs I have to start from 'Home' every time or read forum in smaller window..

not the ideal answer but for now if you scroll to the bottom of the page these functions are available....until they get around to fixing it.
