Google PR Updated

Most of our sites now have updated PRs. I am sure most of you will observe that your PRs have also changed. Google has also updated their logo to reflect a fresh, new start with a spring theme...

Hope this update was positive for all DNF members. Congrats to Adam on his new well deserved PR7. k:

I'm linked to over 40 sites all with mininum PR4 and all are frontpage links.

Hope it updates for me soon

Some of my PR0 sites are now PR4. Few others at PR4 have now been promoted to PR5. So far its been great!!

As I say I am affiliated with loads of sites all have PR4 or PR5 and are frontpage links.

And that doesnt include numerous other sites my link will appear on.

I was hoping to go upto PR4 at least

Some of my websites with large number of backlinks are still on PR4. The update may not be over yet and lets be hopeful

Well ross, if it is not already updated then I think you will need to keep building your links and hope for the best with their next update which could be somewhere around the beginning of June...

Their is no way my site can't jump to least PR4 with the amount of frontpage links I have to PR4 and PR5 sites, I have loads.

I will write them up later if my site doesnt get updated as that's bulls*it.

In fact here they are, my site is affiliated with

6 PR2
11 PR3
33 PR4
9 PR5

I am no expert on Google PR but I am affiliated with that amount of PR sites I just listed with front page links and yet my PR doesn't move up? C'mon now.

And all those links were added AFTER the last update as my site started just before the last update when I only had few links on.

Yay! Today was a good day for me. Most of my sites didn't move, but I had:
a PR0 go to PR4
a PR4 go to PR5
2x PR0 go to PR2
a PR2 go to PR3
and most importantly, none of my sites slipped backwards. I'm happy with those results...

So, anyone want to trade links with me on some of those new PR4+ domains? ;-)

PR isnt just worked out from the amount of high PR links you have to your site, a number of factors go into working out your PR such as out bound links, the links relavance to your site how often it is updated the type of link etc etc you could have a million links from PR10 sites and still have a PR0 site

My site is updated daily, averages 8k-10k uniques a day, 36k Alexa rank, lots of outbound links, I cant see how my site hasnt got a better PR
