I consistently average about 6 hours per night ... not because I set an alarm clock [I don't], but because I naturally wake up early. If I go to bed earlier, I wake up earlier too. Should probably get a bit more rest (but have no interest in using pharmaceutical "sleep aids"). Guess it's time to admit I'm aging, and start taking midday naps. :asleep:

Nope, I sleep next to my girlfriend, but I sleep so turbulent and if someone has their arm around me I can't sleep at all. I need lots of space in bed, as I can't lay still for 5 seconds at a time. :) I got that after my father I think, he also has trouble sleeping.

I'm sorry to hear that, Have you talked to your family doctor about this? Maybe he can prescribe something.... The only times I cant sleep is when I stress out about things.

There's plenty of time for sleep when you're dead.

No I haven't really talked to my doctor about it, as I don't see it as a big problem. It doesn't occur every single night though, but some nights I'm just plain restless and I have a really hard time trying to fall asleep. I appreciate your concern btw. :)

Well, in addition to domaining, i'm a fulltime engineering student at a Canadian University. So, during the week, I sleep around 4.5-5.5 hours a night.

I like to get a solid 15 hours a night on weekends, though :)

9 hours. No exceptions. Sleep is for me working time. If you are slept out perfectly, you can work perfectly.

Stian same happen to me...some nights my girlfriend kick me out of the bed and I finish to sleep in my living room or I turn on the pc.
My doctor said I drink too much coffees during the day (plus a respiration problem with my nose because i break it for play football some years ago).

This is the reason I don't sleep more than 3/4 hours every night.
The good thing: I have more time for domaining :D

Agree :)

If I can't sleep, I count domains at night instead of counting sheep... :pound:

My thoughts too.

Four hours a day for me - never the same times either. Drives my girlfriends crazy. :eek:k:

Ive only just finished my job, but before that it was 4 hours per night, then 90 mins sleep each way on the way to and from work, for weekends i get about 11 hours a night, 6-7 if Im heavily pissed up the night before. I also have the problem of moving round every 5 seconds, i cant stay still and it takes me atleast an hour to get asleep, when someones touching me or makes a slight noise, it starts it all over again, luckily i have my pocket pc and pocket surfer right next to me :)

I had that, too!

I developed a method to fall asleep within 5 seconds! Took some time, but now I sleep within 3 to 5 seconds!

Aynone cares to know how, I can post it here.

Lack of sleep can really bring clarity into your life.

You gotta be kidding here, two full weeks without sleep that's just mad

I managed just 4 days without sleep at all and I end up hearing voices and strange sounds... then I had a full 24 hours sleep...
