They will go for a handsome sum I am sure. We will be throwing ourselves into it for one as well.

Good luck!

I have 65.ca, which I bought a while ago -- nice "retirement age" number. Let me know how the drops go, as it would be a useful market-based appraisal (although, of course, every number is unique).

They're worth whatever you're willing to pay for them. To me, they're worth zilch.

so if you owned a two number .ca you'd just give it away?
most people can't afford a private jet, but that doesn't mean a jet is worth 'zilch'.

It is not about if he can or can't afford it. But if he needs it. I don't need ANY .ca for example.

just going by the names you list for sale on your page... do you "need" chatchampion.com or any of the .at names you have bought? Guys this is a thread and a guy is asking if smbdy knows how much a NN.CA could be worth.. that's a kind of objective question... it's not appraisal and it's certainly not a "voice your opinion for free thread".. if you don't have anything meaningful to contribute just don't reply...

and fyi.. if you've done your research you'd know .CA is ahead of .NET in terms of popularity... ;)

I think the original poster is clearly looking for input on what two number .ca's have been going for on the open market. He's not looking for people to say whether they're interested in owning a .ca domain or not.

As for .ca vs .net registrations, .ca hasn't even had 1 million names regged as far as I can see, so .net must be way ahead...

.uk United Kingdom 473,000,000
.net Network services 206,000,000

I haven't seen any sales of two number .ca, but the highest .ca reported sales for any .ca have been around 30k to 35k.
Two number .ca could easily go for high x,xxx or up to 20k. There are only 100 of them, it's amazing someone let 5 of them drop like that.

Ahhh. got to love the drops.

3 direct... one in auction

We've been approached in the past for some of ours but I wouldn't sell a nn.ca under 5k.:high5:
