When you click cancel do you get a refund for the failed transfer?
YES DomainsInc - when you cancel the transfer the funds are returned to your Moniker account for future use.

You mean all other registrars have already been hacked at least once ? That is a frightening thoughtGorlov â Moniker has NEVER had a domain stolen! We are the only registrar that has never had their systems hacked!

BTW do Moniker still store passwords in clear in the database ?
PS: thanks for your efforts, it looks like you are the only one person handling the support + the PR. But I think the bugs should be fixed and it shouldn't take a trouble ticket to solve these issues.
Sorry folks but Iâve sat back long enoughâ¦. I didnât want to post/reply because of the comment Denny had made in his first thread however after reading the following posts, I think itâs time for me to jump in and address it. Please note Iâm not looking to get into a posting war nor will I jump back on this tread and defend myself or Moniker. Iâm just trying to clear up some of the confusion.
Denny007 â If you have names that were pending transfer in that needed to be cancelled, all you had to do was:
A. Log into your account and under the pending transfer tab, cancel them.
B. Log into your Moniker account and under Moniker Support Center open a help ticket and Client Services would have cancelled the transfers for you.
C. You could have just as easily emailed me directly and I would have done it for you. I know you know how to find me.
Please let me clarify that itâs quite easy to cancel pending transfers in the Moniker system.
BGray â Are you opening a help ticket?
Trader â You stated you opened a help ticket. I cannot believe it wasnât addressed/answered for a month.
Dvdrip â You know thatâs not true! Moniker does care about its clients! What names failed to renew? Did you open a help ticket on this?
Thanks Ohkus!

If anyone is still having issues I ask that you either send me an email directly to [email protected] or open a help ticket inside your Moniker account.
Thanks

Hmm, I still don't see a cancel option. I can select the domain but can't seem to do anything with it. I hit edit, it gives me the option to edit the auth code but thats it. The domains are in 'object does not exist' and 'invalid auth code' transfer status. I suppose I should open a help ticket.

That is ridiculous. They should have a person or process to monitor their queue and address the items that have been pending for too long. This is what I see. There is not a cancel option but there should be. I've had a name pending transfer for over a year.
Posted via Mobile DeviceMy apologies to everyone - especially to you Denny. When I'm wrong, I admit I'm wrong! You're right, there is no cancel button. (I didn't realize when I log into the back end of an account, we don't see the same things)
If anyone has pending transfers that need to be cancelled, you can either send me an email directly with your account # and the list of names you want cancelled or you can open a help ticket inside your account.
Again, my apologies for any confusion.
Good..now how about working on my "issue" ??

Bari, can you forward our feature request to the person in charge of such things at Moniker, please? It's just not efficient to contact customer support every time a transfer needs to be canceled. Thanks!
Pending transfer = $$$, kachingthey removed it years ago, god knows why
