Maybe best to think about what women hate.
1) Desperation: Does she think she is your only option? That's not very flattering to her. Women want a guy who could have lots of other women (and just might).
2) Weakness: Are you always working to make her happy? She will despise you for it. If she's in a long negative mood you would be better off to tell her not to call you until she is ready to be happier. Want to change her mood? Try walking away for once instead of playing the game and see how fast that mood changes.
3) Boring: Got nothing else going on but her? No friends, no trips no activities? Nothing you do without her? Always ready to drop anything whenever she wants to see you? You get negative points for that. Eventually she will despise you for it.

Don't try to be the "good boyfriend". Try to be the person you were before you dated her. Try to keep doing many of the same things, even if it means not being with her as much. She will have a lot of respect for that.

The next time you go to the market, do you waste time seeking out that 1st head of lettuce to the how the brown spot is doing? NO! You just grab the next one that looks good. That's women are women when they've dumped someone, they just move on to the next.

Your probably close to right but DaveZilla's advice is still good. Your best chance is if she sees you as interesting again and regrets letting you go. But there is so much truth to the old adage "familiarity breeds contempt".

the funny thing about human nature is usually when people can't get something ,they usually want it even more. tricky bit is ,when the person moves on to 'show the other one', they actually usually have & if the opportunity arises to patch things or try again, the original person who was 'so in love before' finds that they aren't any more, also because the original person is showing interest! lol
