No, but frivolous litigation should have to pay for all costs, and based upon your previous remarks, the 150K amount is completely frivolous. As far as Libertarianism works try reading up on Friedman, Sowell, et. al. A little tort reform couldn't hurt.

You are confusing two different things. If you take my pencil, and I sue you for a million dollars, then my suit is not "frivolous". I have a valid claim against you for taking my pencil. I will probably end up with closer to fifty cents than a million dollars, though.

And, please, don't presume to know what I have read and what I have not read.
