I had expirefish and NW after one domain that had a snap on it.

today (after 3 days it was deleted) I got an email from expirefish that they got the domain for me, and the domain is on my portofolio on registerfly...everithing perfect ....BUT if i type the domain name in the browser it says it had get by Snap: "this domain name was registered by a SnapNames customer using SnapNames' patent-pending SnapBack acquisition technology. "

Now who has the domain name?

Taz do a whois at eNom.com. It instantly updates there and will let you know if you have the domain name...

Presumably Yes. I'm not sure why someone would pay $60 for a snap and then request the registrar delete the name after they grab it.
It could also be an error of some kind on the part of the registrar.

Once in a while one of our customers will remove their back-order from a name just minutes before the name deletes. When this happens, our system often won't recognize the removal fast enough and will still acquire the name.

S69.com was in this situation. We had it for a few days, but after it was clear that our customer intentionally removed their back-order prior to the drop, we released it. At some point after that, it sounds like Taz's Expirefish subscription registered the name.
