I'm not satisfied with only the names being returned

I've created my own account at godaddy and registered a nice domain at the same time.

Aliengg, please get ready to push minimise.com my way.

Now, due to the history here, I don't want to provide any more information than is absolutely necessary to do the push.

Can someone with experience of having a domain pushed their way in godaddy please tell me what info it is normal for me to have to provide?

Also, can someone please advise if I should send the necessary info to aliengg via PM here.

Ok, just give him the email address you want to use...and basic contact info..then you will get an email with a code to accept the push inside your godaddy account..he will have zero access to your godaddy account..and you take ownership of it yourself inside your own account using the email info from godaddy...hope this helps!

I mean the simple way,fill out teh form at ICANN or elsewhere and get it back ?
Of course he dont have TM for the name to fill out the case at WIPO.

I just spoke with Susan again 15 minutes ago as she called me. Grant ( AlienGG ) must still comply with another request for Susan to be fully restored. I m PM'ing him now and expect him to reply here in this thread that these things have been done.

As for Susan Powell and Grant, she did tell me today her names were returned, however she still has lost access to both her yahoo emails. She is still waiting to recover those login passwords back as she wishes to keep those emails.

The original email for Painkillers.com was speakeasy.xxx , that was an inactive email she dropped 3 yrs. ago and that is how the theif stole that particular domain, by signing it back up .

What else can I say, all have received domains back now as soon as Donnacha confirms minimise.com . As for Susans emails, Grant says he doesnt have access, believe it or not the main issue is solved.

I assumed everything was peacefully settled when Susan received her names, and then I thought I was living my life and she was enjoying hers.
There was no reason at all for me to hijack her yahoo accounts while there is absolutely no benefit to even try that.
She told me before that she had got tons of spam emails with a lot of weird things in them. I don't know if her computer got planted with some sort of spyware etc. Just my 2 cents.

2. I did not even know about her Yahoo email before she gave it to me to push the name over to her GoDaddy account. She was using that email to receive the transaction id and security code and everything else. She told me that she lost access to them just recently. We exchanged plenty of emails after that. Like I said, I sent her an invoice about couple of weeks ago and she got it. On the other hand, I've never be in possession of Chronicpain.com indeed.

1. You say you dont know about who replied to me from Susan's email, yet we have determined the sender from her email was the person in posession of her domain(s) and thus admin email. Grant YOU had her domain !

2. If this is so it would be that much easier for the theif of painkillers to take the other names. Either way.

3. Please have Dan join and explain for himself how you and him ended up in posession of 3-4 stolen names.

!. So you stand by the fact you ordered painkillers.com eventhough it never dropped, Susan says they were stolen and you told me and others originally you purchased them from her ? Grant come on man !

Susan and Donnacha had their domains stolen...
You were in posession of these names...
You returned these names...

I think I am beating a dead horse here Grant. I just dont have the energy anymore and I think the evidence is clear. What if any legal/criminal action is persued does not involve me. I only did my best to see the rightful owners receive their names back. Take care everyone , time for bed

1. Like I said, I feel everything was smoothly settled with nothing left behind. And Susan and I were friends from that point. I didn't want to deal with it any more as I felt bad to ever possess those names. If I told you the whole thing it would be a big thread to waste my time. I also wanted to mess around with you, because I felt that you were a scammer for sending emails with wrong info. Long story short, I just didn't want to deal with it. That's all.

Those were not what I wanted. I thought I would have got them clean that's why the whois was not fake.
