Well, looks like someone knows better...
Put that aside, and how on Earth can I get his email to do something like that? I'm sure he didn't tell me his password :).

I am sure he didn't:)
He would have to give you the password assuming that his email was functional. However, there is the chance that his email account was deleted due to inactivity and that would represent the backdoor used to gain the netsol pass. I am not accusing you, I am just walking around the possible scenario if the domain was indeed stolen.

He did say:
NetSol have confirmed that access to the network solutions account that controlled minimise.com was gained by using a hotmail address which I no longer used and was contained in the whois.

victimlesscrime ... do you still have that email account or was it deleted?

maybe we are all wrong and it just appears he stole this name but truly did steal minimise.com.

Personally I still can't figure out why someone would want to steal minimise.com or buy it :) ...especially with cliams that's it's worth 12k. Hey, somebody had to say it.

Well, I posted 12k because someone in the chat said it would worth that much. I think people usually ask for a high price and settle down slowly.

I don't want to spoil my own sale, but to be honest with you in this case, I asked for an appraisal at chat when I just bought it, and all I heard was... the price gotta be minimise...

Your sale has already beed spoiled, sorry to be the one to break the news to you. Stolen names are easier sold at sedo then on DNF.

I have to say, this explains a lot for me. I watched the same thing happen to a VERY premium domain during the past two weeks.

The name expired two weeks ago and went into redemption. Not two days later the Whois was changed, new owner name and no longer in redemption. I knew this was not right since the past owner had died and the Whois info is no longer accurate. None of it was.

Believe me, I did everything I could to do detective work and track down the living family, and even believe I found the correct phone number. They will never return a call from left messages. I contacted a friend of the family and he said they are near impossible contact, unless you show up at the front door.

So I sent an email to the new owner last week (All Whois info was available to public) and asked him to explain how it is in his name now. A week later, no response. Now the Whois is private--ironically! This name was stolen in a similar manner to the names above. No doubt about it!

The suspicious part is, some of the Whois information mentioned above
airs an uncanny resemblance to the Whois info I read a week ago when it was available for this domain.

From your PM, you sound so much like a n00b.

Do you know that Domain By Proxy is owned and operated by GoDaddy, the registrar of your targetted domain, Reyes.com? Everyone who purchases whois privacy with GoDaddy gets domain by proxy whois. Do you know how many domains out there have that kinda whois? I wish I own all the domains with the similar whois, lol. I do not think you have the ability to "detect" anything. Like I specifically told you, I did NOT steal reyes.com, nor I even knew what the heck "reyes" meant before you told me. I would not even reg it for reg fee. Yeah it's got 50 mil Google results like you said, but why would I even bother to check it if I didn't see any value out of it at the first sight? I guess people should stop your speculations. It's annoying!

Because mr. delete regged aliengg.com to redirect it to this thread, and put it in his sig.
So why not make it a free advertisement for me? I don't mind adopting a fan.

LOL, no, this is to tell the world what a scammer you really are. In here you are not innocent untill proven guilty, you are guilty untill you prove that you are innocent. And you have not done that.

Victimlesscrime cannot post here as he has only a gold account ( and this thread was moved to legal ).. thus he is now excluded from a thread about his own domain.

He has had an update from Netsol regards the credit-card used to renew Minimise.com .
Netsol have also re-confirmed 100% that his account was breached there by use of his lapsed email account. They have confirmed that the domain was stolen from his account . ... ( For the blind : MINIMISE.COM IS CONFIRMED STOLEN ) ...

I am not at liberty to share any more info at this moment .....

Legal used to be in Gold, I have no idea why it is now a Platinum section. I don't think that is really the place for the legal section.
