It's a great spam fighter. I've been using it for months. Still free and filters out 99% of my spam. Some will always get by as spam companies try their best to find ways around it, but it's a 1 click solution. It currently works with Outlook 2000/XP.

I've used MailWasher, too, but I just have too many POP3 accounts to check and I don't like having to sort through the hundreds of emails I get per day that are not spam.

I've used Cloudmark and find them very inconsistent in their performance, and the community model they employ seems to be failing them as lazy user block just about anything.

The best thing is to delete those spams at server level so that the web-bugs don't have a chance to trigger. That's what MailWasher does.

I've been using the new Benign recently and its absolutely a riot. It just scrubs all that porno email clean of images and links. You can whitelist those trusted email that you don't want scrubbed.

This is what remains after Benign has done its job on a porno mail LOL, great for those with kids really :-
