That name is worth zero. I am pretty sure that if you lined up 100 seasoned domainers that not one of them would register the name for $8. I can't see how it can be worth anything in that context.

I used to give appraisals of zero all of the time years ago, but I gave it up because it creates enemies. I responded to this thread because you have thousands of posts. I haven't checked your other threads, but if you have made money in the business so that you can survive the length of time it takes to make thousands of posts, then you certainly have to know that this name is not worth anything. Either that or you have lots of money from something else.

Lets say that someone in Malaysia had a political, social, environmental, etc. agenda that he/she wanted to push regarding Malaysia's future, this could be the PERFECT domain name for that!

Say if you owned USAsFuture.com and had a specific picture that you wanted to paint for the world to see for your vision of it, then USAsFuture.com would be the PERFECT domain name for that and when it got some publicity, it would be readily recognizable for everyone in the world to HELLO!

The PERFECT 2 key words for exactly what you are trying to get recognized.

Right now there is NO traffic on it but this is a very specific target for a very specific agenda!!!

Yes $0 for no vision in mind and without any development, I agree but for the right person, priceless - A potential Bulls-eye!

Thanks, Dave

Lets say that
The problem begins here :)
Pretty much any registration can be justified with 'what if' considerations.

People need a compelling reason for buying a domain. If they can find a suitable alternative available for reg fee, they will just do that, purchase an available domain. Why bother with negotiations and pay a premium to somebody ?
Now try to think hard about what kind of site you could put up on that domain. I could imagine a government body of some sort using a domain like that for a specific purpose but at the same time I do not see obvious commercial use or monetization possibilities.
I prefer to focus on domains that have clear commercial uses. End users will buy domains if they think the domain will make them money and they will recoup the costs.
