Membership downgraded after changing email address

Just changed my email address and I've now been downgraded to a gold member from my platinum "lifetime" membership. Anyone had this problem before and know a quick fix?

Strange. Login and password should override email address. No doubt the admins will sort it for you.

Fixed your account. It's a known bug to DNF. Hopefully will be fixed soon.
