Platinum - privacy forwarding email was fixed almost 2 weeks ago. What name is not working? please log into your moniker account and use the support center and submit a ticket so that the issue is logged properly.
Emails are not working. I am loosing money with this shit.

Please contact me directly, you Sr AE or open a Ticket, if you are still having issues with moniker privacy services emails not forwarding. We have been testing the service with a number of customers over the past 2 plus weeks and the emails have been forwarding in every case so if you are still being affected please contact me ASAP so we can resolve the issue for you.
You may need to whitelist emails from moniker if the emails are ending up in your Junk folder.
Where is the great job? It took them 1 month to "fix" this and another 2 weeks to really fix it.
If it wasn't for this thread I would never have found out.
Terrible job.
