I have been having ongoing problems with my pwinc.myorderbox.com

Most evolve around support. No they seem to be out of touch completely.

I have a domain that is locked in processing for 2 months. It is about to expire.

I would like to move the domains to another reseller account. Ether on myorderbox.com or to my enom account..

I have attempted to transfer the accounts but the orders from enom have failed with a whois look up error.

I would like to move the account to the reseller that is power windows reseller.

This should be in place in a system like this to accommodate me and my customers the ability to not die with power windows.

Can anyone help me here?

Thanks

Here my experience with this so far.

Whois data
Domain Name: HONEYDOSMALLENGINE.COM
Registrar: DOMAIN JINGLES, INC.
Whois Server: whois.domainjingles.com
Referral URL: http://www.domainjingles.com
Name Server: DNS.PARKPAGE.FOUNDATIONAPI.COM
Name Server: DNS2.PARKPAGE.FOUNDATIONAPI.COM
Status: redemptionPeriod
Updated Date: 01-jul-2009
Creation Date: 21-may-2007
Expiration Date: 21-may-2009

http://www.domainjingles.com

resolves to powerwindows.com

This site no longer exist.

History has shown that dnforum.com has provided support in the past through its administrators. Threads on the site also indicate that they started the pwinc.myorderbox.com reseller account and solicited members for this site.

From withing the system the help link takes you to oursupportsite.com also a no existent site.

In another tread I was requested to submit a private pm to a site admin I did so He went into the system could see my list of domains but has not response to any pm's sent since. The domain had now been deleted.

within the myorderbox system It appears that for $70 they will get it back for me.

As a result of responces in the frad thread I went to find support for directi. This lead me to the reseller club. There I have requested help with the situation.

They point me back to www.domainjingles.com Which is a dead end. I have yet to determine if they indeed are support for myorderbox.com So far there dose not seem to be any.

I have asked reseller support if they can transfer my myorderbox.com account to another reseller that is providing support as powerwindows is not. They have yet in 3 or more replies not address this request at all only that they don't have any control of www.domainjingles.com. In fact I they have not responded to my question if they are the support for myorderbox.com or who is responsible to this system.

This has lead me to my last resort and that is to internic itself.

I have filed a complaint about this issue with them.

It is sad that this has had to happen but it seems that there may indeed be a seriouse problem with the integrity of the myorderbox.com system. It aslo is sad that current subscribers to this system have not express there concerns about the system and the risk to their domains on the system.

The reseller system is a great Idea but without a real global support system one reseller can stop supporting its down line sit by as the domains expire and pick them off for resale or charge them for getting them back.

If your are a reseller under pwinc.myorderbox.com or on the myorderbox.com system you should be actively checking your options before you lose what you have.

Thanks

Good news since I filled a complaint at ICANN and getting support for eNom (don't know which is responsible). The current domains are now begining to flow off the myorderbox system.

I still have not established that there is any actual support on myorederbox.com. So far it seems that you have to bring in the big guns to solve problems with your reseller. The dose not seem to be a in house route to a solution.

No one has yet to come forward and say they are or know of any support for the system as a whole. This is a bit sad as I find it hard to believe that I am the only reseller on the system that have had problem with support and losing domain names as a result.

It surprises me as well that there has been no comments from users of myorderbox.com system. For or against the system.

Shanta

Support at resellerclub is still sending me to ICANN.
They are not responding to any direct questions.

1. Are they support for the myorderbox.com system.
2. If not who is?
3. Are they in fact using the myorderbox.com system?

I have re-asked the questions. so I will see if they actually give an answer on them.
Will post their response.
