EXACTLY!! - Real actions speak louder than words....

Everyone needs to take a step back and let the situation resolve - no personal attacks, just get the FBI in here....

If the name is stolen - jail is the owrd - if not, attillo has the option of paying $3k or returning the name- I see no problems here at this time.

Opencg so is Attillio supposed to not care about the "alleged" original owner just because you paid for it?

PS. We are almost at 3000 page views.

I think your missing the point. The name was being transferred to attillo when everything came to a head. The world of the domaineer is a relatively small one and information travels quickly.

You sent money to someone who did not have posession of the domain and knew attillo was holding it until this mess could be straightened out.

I suggest you get your money back from domainP as at this point he sold something he did not have in his posession.

The fact that you paid domainp money does not make you the owner. It simply makes you another victim.

Good luck.

fmmp I and domainp talk to email and on the phone i did post my email

Opencg per your above statement you posted your email address on page 5 which meant there were 5 pages of hints that something was wrong and Domainp was not in control of the situation or domain.

FOR SALE: Plutonium.com

Transfer $8 million into my Swiss bank account (No. DMN-0387524412). Then, go to the corner of 8th and Leningrad. Look for a husky middle-age woman with a red scarf. When she scratches her nose, approach her and say, "The cows are dying in the meadow." She will give you the address of a nearby bakery and the code name, "domainP." (The P is for Plutonomium.)

Walk to the bakery. Ask for Igor. Give him the code name and ask, "Where can I find my bread?" He'll respond, "Your bread's gone, stupid."

I don't believe you paid domainp anything at all. Atillo also agreed to purchase the domain first so it would be his domain if domainp is the legal owner.
