My question is this OpenCG:

Why on earth would you buy a name from somebody who publicly states "I don't care that it was not legal"? The funny thing is that you did it AFTER he said it.

It even looked like you were having doubts of your own before that. Makes no sense unless you are an alter ego of Domain P. Oh well, let the soap opera continue....

I say someone should check the IP addresses of all of the parties involved. Match them up. See where they are from. Etc.

It's not Atillio you need to speak to. It is the owner that GoDaddy caught the domain for in the first place.

JH3 consider:

1. How could Domainp and Opencg know one another? Domainp is a new member and Opencg is a past member registered since 10/02. Don't believe they had a chance meeting but met here on DNForum

2. Opencg was also the Ebay bidder who only bidded once someone posted that ouch was on EBay.

So I belive Domainp was paid by Opencg.

I would have to say that Allen is first in line based on everything I have read and seen and those who I have talked to.

No one knows when or for how much Domainp aquired the domain. It has been asked.

No one knows who the now infamous mr. Wan is however we do know that it is domainps "friend".

Attillo is doing what he must. He transfers the name to you knowing what he knows and he becomes part of the problem.

I imagine domainp has sent all of the documentation to allen and attillo so he can get himself out of the mess. Also I would imagine he has sent the contact information for the notorious mr W.

I think the detective work is now being performed by far more people than just attillo!

Domainp has also never said if he "addressed" his friend Mr. Wan about the situation which is definitely fishy.

fmmp, opencg may be an old member but domainp is brand new. It's not that far fetched that opencg opens a new account to sell a domain.

I just think opencg or domainp needs to show some proof that opencg paid domainp $3000 for the domain today. I don't believe he did but this is just my thoughts on this situation.

many an old time forum member has opened a new account to conduct their dirty deeds under a different name so time means nothing.

Hmm.... Is it possibly same person, 2 computers, 1 going through a proxy from Russia? How far can you go with the IP's?

And why isn't the forum admin checking IPs of all those involved in this mess to dismiss at least one theory (that domainp and opencg are two avatars of the same person)?

Of course Opencg is free to call me names...
