PowerPoker.com used to be a very popular poker site for those of you who don't know and it ended up closing to redo the programming i believe and then it never reopened.

Lol and instantly all of the tld's sell out.. i used to own the powerpoker.us domain and didn't want to waste my money renewing..

Edit: Nevermind i was thinking of powerplayer.com , my mistake.

No, no term in poker called Power Poker, nor is there Carbon Poker, Full Tilt Poker, Poker Stars, Absolute Poker, Party Poker, Pacific Poker, Titan Poker, Duplicate Poker, Hollywood Poker, Everest Poker, etc. etc. etc.

I think Power Poker is, IMO, a better name than most of these established brands.

This is of course false. Doyle Brunsons legendary treatise on poker which many high stakes poker players (myself included) swear by is entitled Super Sytem: A Course in Power Poker. Power Poker is well used vernacular in the poker world.

i still think it's pricy for that name i mean you can get a better name and brand it for that kind of money, but then again if you owned power9...
