Hi ,
Please clarify to me the following :--
1. If I have pre ordered subscription to a domain which is
renewed by its current registrant , do I still get billed $39 ?
2. After pre order is there a confirmation of order or nsi will go
ahead and charge the credit card on their file.
3. What happens if the credit card on file expires Oct 31,2003 and
I (deliberately) do not update the credit card info.
4. After pre order can I cancel my pre order.
5. After confirming the order can I still cancel my order ?
Few minutes ago I talked to customer service dept (yes , nsi does
have such a dept :cheeky: ) and am even more confused. Hence asking members at dnf for the answers.
Any other useful information is welcome. Thanks.
