James, try calling via Skype, it will be much cheaper at your location. I was calling on Friday morning (US), got this issue resolved relatively quickly after somewhat 15 minutes of waiting, maybe I was lucky though.
I have now called 3 times waiting for over 15 mins from my Cell phone in Singapore.
The bill is probably around $50 USD!
I have had left messages, written emails and still no luck.
My account is still locked. I have been promised email but to no avail.
As soon as I get access to my account ALL of my domains will be pushed to another registrar.
The Customer Service is APPALLING!
