I've decided to put this site up for sale. It's been a lot of fun for me but I think my time should go into other projects (plus the extra cash on hand won't hurt 
).
The site is Farmville Fanatics (dot) com (remove spaces - no dashes etc..) back in February the game passed 80 million users - it is estimated that FV has over 29 million daily users (both dated Feb 20th, 2010).
The site gets over 1,000 "unique" visits a month (except for March)

The domain is registered with Moniker and expires Dec 6, 2010.
With the domain sale you also will get:
Keeping the spreadsheets current doesn't take long less than one hour a week - I can even point the buyer to some sites to easily get the information. I don't post often but I've noticed it works best if you post the weekly updates after they're released (usually Tuesday or Thursday).
Right now I'll consider reasonable offers but I'll put a BIN at $300.00 -> $225.00 -> $175.00 (US) at this time - payment can be though PayPal (masspay preferred),
I only ask that the buyer keep the site to the high ethical standard I've had it at (no cheats, no breaking Zynga's rules, etc..). I know I have no say in it but people have joined the group and visit the site for this reason (too many people selling eBooks, asking you to download malware, etc..).
