Definitely would go for end user dollars but there is only a couple of national companies dealing in this product (me being one of them).
I have been offered a small amount for my 100 related .coms and nets but nothing spectacular.
For instance "outbuildings.net" got me a high offer of $35 from one of my largest competitors (he didn't know who he was making the offer to at the time). I responded with $1500 and never heard back.
With that said. I would pay high 4 figures for sheds.com but the net version wouldn't even draw nearly as much.
Of course I would probably match any offer you get assuming it was not an "off the wall" amount.
If I don't catch it I really hope you do as I know it will be back on the market!
