Interesting implications of this article. Seems that UDRP may not apply to second/third level domains of the form _________.###.###. This may relate to discussion of _____.kids.us?

While this is not a legal opinion, the article seems to indicate that UDRP does not apply to third level domains of .eu.com etc. As there has not been a registry agreement issued related to dot kids dot US, who knows what applies - probably the Magna Carta.
