That equals to opening up another front with the Sedo legal dpt this time.
I have had this happen in the past and I was told directly from a Sedo rep that the transaction is considered Void if payment is not made by the seller within 10 days of the close of auction.

That is what I did. I declined the money! No legal action can be taken since the auction is void after 10 days and no payment.

Does it say that on Sedo's site anywhere?

Sedo took weeks to send me payment for an auction I concluded with them ages ago - seems like Acc. Reps are being changed more often now too (or at lest for me anyways). Staff turn-over = delays / unreplied to emails.

Another time, weeks after having another buyer fail to pay on time at sedo, sedo went ahead and took their money way beyond the 10 day period and went on to complete the sale (albeit I went along with it just to get rid of the domain) - but in essense, it took away the chance for me to push the name to auction despite the original buyer missing their initial payment window. That is to say, imo, I don't think sedo cares much about the buyers paying on time as long as they pay at some time (which doesn't take away from the fact some sellers don't mind this as much as others do).

Best of Luck & Success in All Your Endeavours!

If you log-in and go to My Transactions and just pull up any sales you've done previously.. look at Your Contract, and then #3 in it says "e) Payment must be remmited to Sedo with five (5) business days from the creation of the payment request."
If that is broken, you can back out with no problems as far as I know.

How many people understand they must send them in writing (not email) that notice after each auction in order to even list anywhere else?

As far as I know, e-mail is a form of writing...

What exactly are Sedo doing to earn their multi-thousand dollar commissions?

How long from when you signed the Moniker docs did the Sedo buyer send the money and did you inform Moniker they had?

The domain name payment arrived 1-2 days after the Moniker papers had been signed.

Thanks all for your input and advices, the situation has been resolved and arranged with al the parties involved.
