Suggestion to solve most PM SPam

I think to solve the pm spam from new users is to set a restriction to minimum of 50 posts in order to start pming... just a suggestion

Non-membership cannot post anything in the Paid forums will be even better. Recently, there's a few cases where these guys hijack others threads to promote their own domains.
