TDNAM Aftermarket non paying winning bidder questions...

So on tdnam aftermarket, I have been getting many second chance offers, more than usual lately, seems that the winning bidders bids are erased, and next bid is offered up, now my question is, shouldn't winning bidders get a refund in the same way if you ended up outbidding this deadbeat so called bidder in an auction, as they are playing with make believe money in some sense, and if their account is suspended, so should some of their prior bids within a certain timeline.


Any comments from domainers out there on these issues...
