our business was FOUNDED on domain squatting
That's not the way I remember it. There were Domainers and then there were Squatters. Just like today. They are NOT the same.

You made money the same way too!!!! Thats the funny part!!!

And I don`t know Your brother. Where should I know him? I live so far away from US that I don`t know anything about the country.

I keep all my domains for my brother too, where he lives I don´t know. I don´t know what domains are and I don´t also know what is TM. You will arrest me for it? There are no TMs where I live. Why should I obey Your country laws? Are You some kind GOD? My whois I viewable to public, even my phone number is real. Never made any secrets off it.

Not a chance.

The Xerox domain was explained to you a couple times in the past, you just choose to ignore it. There's no money being made on that name anyway, it's just a placeholder.

Somebody put work and money into a trademark. They deserve the fruits of their labor, not somebody stealing traffic from the name. I don't see anything wrong with someone taking a trademark and using it in your own country if they don't have any intellectual property laws, but stealing US traffic and revenue from a US trademark in bad faith ain't so good.

Always amazed me. Is it that the Denny Squatters et al don't understand the meaning of "Bad Faith", or is it that they just don't care? Riddle me that one will you Bat Man.

It even had the for sale sign down page.
And please don´t start with Your brother shit again. Eveyrone can tell that they keep the domains for theyre brother`s. Its not hard at all.
FACT is :
You owned the domain!!!
You parked it in FAB and had for sale sign on it.
SO You made money with someone elses traffic as You say it.

no to deleting denny

this is called an injustice, if my votes don't count, then who cares about this thread. It is biased against the one person that I voted for (other then scorpio), and although I have no problem with jaik, and he was my friend, I voted for denny, but he just gets deleted cause the monority does not like him.

Nope. I don't own the name and never did. The name was never for sale either. It was parked at Fab along with thousands of other names and fixed when you pointed out that the name had a 4 sale sign on it. A sign does not a sale make. Most here know that my business model was generic domain sales and NOT ppc traffic. Most here know that (for many years) I had and still do have several thousand names parked at Enom or Godaddy or wherever that are not pointed at ppc programs and don't earn a dime.

I don't owe you any explanation, but just for the record, the only names I keep for my brother are Xerox names. The only other trademark names for companies that I keep have been ok'd by their legal departments, mostly due to my work on public bankrupt securities analysis.

Like I said, there's a difference between Domainers and Squatters.

I have nothing more to say.
Everyone can make theyre own decision.
I would be ashamed
But this makes you my favourite for the Slimeball 2006.

You should be ashamed. You're the squatter. I'm sorry, but you can't rank up there with Denny (The Skipper), you'd have to settle for second place Slimeball 2006.
