We are helping out the forum, Bob and GiantDomains, and there are small perks about being a mod over a normal user. We do have a say on most of what happens around here. We do make Adam more money but depending on our ideas, we also make everyone else more as well.

Andrew - it certainly gives something back to the members, even if some appear not to appreciate it at times. Surely what does it matter as long as it's of one's own free will and accepted as a voluntary contribution to the forum? Nobody will be volunteering to be a Mod on the expectation of getting rich now will they!
I have appreciated your help as a Mod of this Forum in the past but I never once thought that you wanted to benefit yourself financially for helping me and I don't believe you did.
