Absolutely! I'm very upset, I'm 19 and it seems like I'm communicating with 15 y.o. when in fact, most of you are adults.
I will repeat for those who don't understand the point I made several times:

The lists in the ogranized form are not available and thus are not public. Organazing and revealing the information that others are trying to keep private is immoral. Moreover, officializing the information cancels out any competitive adventage of those who have spent time and efford gathering the information

The last comments have no point, please either stop posting the lists or make a case.

It might sound naive, but I didn't see Yakov's name on the list

That is a good question. Why do you have your domains listed in your signature? These are not private and suggest that maybe you own them without the organized list or whois record that you call for in order to make it official.

Man, the question is not in my domains.
The question is in revealing the information that others try to keep private.

Mr. Yakov Yukahananov,

If you don't like it go to domainstate. No one is violating any rules that I am aware of on this board and you surely can't dictate morality for someone else so you are arguing a moot point.

You may be only 19 but this is the playing field where the men are separated from the boys so follow kidkool's advice:

So the only solution is to stay ahead and make sure to always have more advanced knowledge then what is being posted here. In other words gain some kind of advantage, and pray no one finds out that would reveal it here....

Good luck on your ventures in the future!

"Folks, who cought russianbazaar.com ?"

That was posted by you April 30th, lol! :)

Folks will always be curious who caught what, and it's impossible to stop the reporting of the catches. One can't expect folks to stay mum forever. Usually I refrain commenting one way or the other, as I don't reveal strategies easily.....but folks can figure out what niches I'm into eventually, and that's life.

What's the point in your post?
I snaped russianbazaar.com
Someone outbid me on NW, so I decided to put the domai in "Wanted" thread, just in case NW get it for it's client and the cliendt will sell it to me.
Fortunately Snapnames got it for me.

Don't see any point in your post.

+ Since the guys don't make any case in defend to their imoral activities, I don't find it reasonable to continue the duscussion.
Don't whin when you see top "pendingdelete" domains lists later on.

I didn't ask you what to do.
Your comments are absolutely unprofessional.
None of you made any case so far, just a noise.

I think only paying DNForum members can view the threads in this particular forum, anyway.

There's nothing "immoral" or "wrong" about compiling this public information. With mostly the same "big players" grabbing the high-profile drops, their names/companies become necessary for good statistics.

There's already an unwritten "rule" that most follow not to talk about Pending Deletes. It's just like appraisals on names one doesn't own yet -- sure, it's not illegal, but it's considered impolite by many. A lot fewer consider it impolite to talk about the results AFTER the drops (that's probably the consensus that has formed here, that because folks aren't talking about it before the names drop, we'll instead talk about it afterwards). Otherwise, there'd be no expired names forum whatsoever.

It's like a football game. Talking about "Pending Deletes" is like going into the locker room and revealing the gameplan of coaches, before the game has been played. Since most folks are paying for drop lists, or expending a lot of effort to compile their lists, it might be violating the list copyrights (or terms of Exody, etc.) to be sharing the Pending Deletes willy-nilly.

It would ruin the "drama" of the game if folks knew that Miami planned to throw a pass on their first play, or a certain defensive set, like blitzing on all 3rd downs. Similarly, revealing the Pending Deletes to all ruins the "drama" and sport of the game. Instead, the person with the biggest wallet would win even more than happens now, because they'd get free research.

In baseball, no one likes to see one team buy up all the superstars -- we want to see every team have a shot at winning, even if the Yankees have a bigger payroll than the Oakland A's. Reducing discussion of Pending Deletes gives more people a shot at winning, as it means that one can use skill and research, instead of just a big wallet, to win.

As part of that "compromise" consensus, it's certainly more palatable to talk about who caught what *after* the drop has taken place. Sure, one learns a bit, seeing who got what (similar to seeing what kind of new passing plays the Miami Dolphins used), but that kind of knowledge is of less value to most people.

Are you proposing, Yakov, that the Expired Names forum be closed entirely?

The fact is when things get stirred up over here at the forums you need to listen to others points . If your names arent being posted then you have nothing to complain about . If other peoples names are posted ... maybe they could complain but you don't need to do it for them.

Fact is MOST of the people who are posting DO NOT support your opinion and again here in the USA we call your opinion THE MINORITY OPINION and it doesn't win in a debate. Most people will agree that posting PENDING delete lists shoots everyone in the foot but posting names of who got what is something we can all do on our own and doesnt require any extra knowledge and doesnt cause any real threat to anyone.

Seems to me if you or anyone has something to hide than this is an even better reason To KEEP ON PUBLISHING THE LISTS

I really hate agreeing with Beatz on any issue, but I gotta say, you are making it tough Yakov. Your argument is completely and utterly without merit. It is neither a violation of any law, any forum regulation, or any sane standard of etiquette to post the sort of information that Beatz has done.

I see no harm in Beatz Posting these dropped/catched results.

I am not 100% for, posting a person's name.

I can't see any real value in knowing these results. It basically just says who caught the one YOU didn't.

Easy fix, have someone do this on a regular basis and post it here for all Plat. Members, perhaps we can take turns doing the dirty work :)
