Are there any plans for a live video link (ustream.tv) for the auction ? It seemed to work quite well for the Roundtable event.

I just got an email from Moniker asking me to lower reserves on 8 domains.
I am going to have to say the reserves Moniker suggested were ridiculous.
Who knows? Maybe the reserves I asked were ridiculous. :blush:

Yeah, they needed many of them lowered, I got the same email. I lowered the two reserves asked

I'm just wondering if their making the live auction and if any of the others I submitted made and the reserves were already acceptable.

What commission does moniker take from the sale? Is it 10-20%?

I could always hook up a USB camera and broadcast, but I won't since I am paying to be there in person. If you wish to have a video you can probably buy the DVD series. I don't think seeing video would actually be all that exciting to be honest. Ustream can become overloaded very easily. Plus WebmasterRadio has a longstanding relationship with the Monte and the Domain Masters radio show. Reliability is KEY. In the past I have been able to stream radio on my PDA so I can listen to it wherever I go.
