two word generic , got an email not c and d though

i already included in email where it says 'tess details' , edited out, i listed his exact tm and classes as listed over at http://tess2.uspto.gov/bin/gate.exe?f=tess&state=o26cuq.1.1

so im clear what classes he's in and he knows that too. i've heard nothing back yet
also his logo style and colours is completely different from mine

nothing mate
hes either gone off to lick his wounds, which i doubt o the lawyers have been appointed and theyre building a case which is the more likely

either way, i will hear something, not sure when tho.
