Something that caught my eye was this statement 9MM made in the kko sales thread:

Very suspicious right now as a bank wire IS an e-mail transfer, unless your willing to push name first I am not too confident with even sending an e-mail transfer. I have a friend who is willing to send it for me cause he owes me money and he'd take it off it but I need to know your legit.

You do accept bank wire, but you want over $1, 000 which is dumb, bank wire is INSTANT and FREE of charge.

Wonder if thats the same friend that received the 5k payment...

It's been about 24-hours and 9MM should be checking in sometime soon.

Can someone leave the light on for him?

When I was sixteen, I was busy shredding my neighbors lawn on my BMX Mongoose bike and listening to AC/DC Back in Black.

Boy how times have changed!

Googles satellite images are years old. Could look different now.

I was in Sudbury on monday, I'll be there anytime between this monday to three weeks from now. If there's no resolve to this when I'm there I'll update locale and any other pertinent info if it's there to grab.

For the record: I havent taken a loss here, and am not being intrusive. I will only extend myself within the boundries of public information.

I'm sure that things have taken their proper course and hopefully the perpetrator(s) will face justice soon.

The reason I urged for the barrage of comments to end yesterday, was because I take signs, statements and acts of attempting to harm oneself very seriously. In two separate incidents, I lost a friend and saved a friend's life. I learned from the first one - the loss - to consider every statement of self-inflicted harm as true, regardless of the circumstances. In the second incident, I put my knowledge to good use and contacted the police for a friend who was a few thousand miles away. Her life was spared because I didn't take her statements as a joke (as her other friends did).

I believe in karma and kismet. Look these words up.

I did my homework and broadened my search...

Here's an old whois record for DEATHSENTENCE.INFO, a domain which has since this whois data has been taken apparently changed hands (been sold I guess) and is now in possession of the NamePros.com. A quick search reveals that it was once for sale by Constantin at the namepros forum (his sale threads date from October 2006 to September 2007). No sales are listed there, so I first assumed it was a private sale to 9mm, seeing how already on 12-12-2007, he is the one listing it for sale, but then noticed the 11-Dec-2007 registration date, so I guess he caught it on a drop (and registered through the Namepros, which admin contact suggests). Seeing though how it's now supposedly owned by the Namepros.com them self (while it hasn't dropped in the mean time) I can only assume they bought it from 9mm after that, although I couldn't find any record of the sale on their forum.

Pay attention to what's in bold.

Latest WHOIS (Namepros.com related) can be found here: http://www.enom.com/domains/whois.asp?DomainName=DEATHSENTENCE.INFO&submit.x=45&submit.y=9

Now check Reeces blog here: http://4letternoob.wordpress.com/2007/12/15/sedo-versus-namedrive-for-llllcom-parking. Well what do you know... Not only do the addresses match, but so does the email ([email protected]). What is left to figure out now is who is Tracy Wilder?

And there is more: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showpost.php?p=5793756&postcount=5 so you guys might want to check out these emails too: [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected]

At some point 9mm claimed to have over 440 LLLL.COMs available for sale. That's at least what he claimed to be selling on December 27, 2007 and again on January 5, 2008 (he was in a hurry too), though based on Reeces Blog post about 9mm (http://4letternoob.wordpress.com/2007/12/13/broker-or-have-your-llllcoms-brokered) he might have been just "brokering" them (whether the actual owners knew anything about it is another question). Anyway, Here's yet another email to be added to the watch list: [email protected]

So is there still anybody here who thinks we was in this (domain related frauds) only since the last week or so?

Anyway, I'll look into it some more, in the meantime I just thought I'd give you some more info to chew on...

Hopefully everybody gets their money back soon.

I can say this - I worked in a jail right here in Canada. I've personally locked the cell door on punks as young or younger than 16 for stealing much less than the $ amounts being bandied about here. I wouldn't be surprised if he was raised to adult court and sentenced as such anyways.

The Internet is sure like the wild-west at times. But good thing there are lots of good sheriffs on duty!

I did my homework and broadened my search...

....

Your research helped me so much.

- 9MM didn't know much about domaining or at least GoDaddy push until 1 May 2007 according to this post

- He may be 19/20 years old according to these post

- His family is not that poor (as he stated before) according to this post

- He used to be an *** according to this post "Convince my mom to loan me $3,000 and you will win $25!"

- He is a losing gambler using e-gold according to these posts # # #

- His e-gold number is 4365112 according to this post

- He mention his bank "TD Bank" when he was selling $5000 e-gold for bank wire.

- He was buying, selling, exchanging e-gold & MB in big amounts. One of these times he was buying e-gold for $13,400 Paypal / $2,000 cash (bank wire) / $3,100 moneybookers

- In this post i found a domain which still under his email [email protected] .. unusually.org

I have so strong meanings on this matter, but I'm sure I'll get a warning if I post my honest opinion about people stealing domain names. This is an obvious case for the InterPol/ICPO and I hope that the persons involved are sentenced and punished hard. Also, you guys better hope that your real details aren't exposed, as someone might call the "tax collector" on you. :uhoh:
