This is my ranking for mainly the US. The .US will be a strong TLD in the future. The .net will eventually diminish/vanish after the new TLDs get more momentum going for them. .ORG and .INFO will be the primary choices of NPO and various interest groups.
Just my vision of our TLDs in the future

2. .us
3. .net
4. .info
5. .biz
6. .org

I think the time has come to rank tld importance and value by roles rather than just straight usage statistics.
