You, I or anyone else could of resolved the issue with Albert and BocaJohn soon after they posted, simply by issuing a refund to Bocahohn and sending money owed to Albert, She hasn't done that, likely because she doesn't have it.... And if the funds are dispute at Paypal like she says, she has the ability close the dispute and release the funds, she hasn't done that.

Just a quick point. If you look at the screen shots of my paypal transactions, you'll see I paid on the 8th and 9th. I didn't file the disputes until the 30th. Patty's first glib little paragraph about me made it sound like 30 days worth of events happened in one week.

After I paid her, I spent the first 14 days trying to get results. At that point, she then said she'd just go ahead and send me back my money. She said she couldn't use paypal, she had been scammed by a spammer or something like that. Not because MY funds or transactions were in dispute, but because her account was locked down due to disputes that otherds ha dfiled by this point, or she had sucked all the money out, which is what I suspect.

On the 23rd, I provided enough information to her to get me the money by Western Union, a method she volunteered. She ignored me for another week. On the 29th I did a test and attempted to send $0.50 to her account via Paypal and Paypal said Her account cannot accept payments (or money) at this time.

On the 30th, one week after providing the Western Union Info, and TWO WEEKS after she said she'd send the money, I filed with Paypal.

I haven't responded to every indirect question, for one simple reason, the little nitpicking issues was not the point. This thread was started because I found disturbing information about Patty. I posted in "Legal Issues" - DNForum's bots moved it into the "Unresolved Sales" forum.

Whatever you say Patty, You have to agree that it was strange you avoided the political section completely and went by the name Democrat.. If your a scammer like most here are accusing you of, you have to admit that it would be good user name to use, considering the number of Democrats and Liberals here.

I'm willing to wait until Alex (TwoStep420) posts his correspondence with you before passing final judgment... You can still release the funds and I told you how to do it, so why don't you?

Whilst I do think that Patty is a scammer, I do think that the "you were banned at [x]" is a bit of a weak argument.

Name Pros has banned some people for simply disagreeing with mods (I've seen it from personal experience), and also been very reluctant to ban others who have done bad things. So it's a bit odd, but being banned from Name Pros isn't anything major. Heck, I'm sure I seen Predator's title over at NP is/was 'Account Closed'?

Also I don't know about Warrior Forums, but there are other forums who have trigger happy mods. I was once banned from Digital Point for 10 whole days for bumping one of my threads. Seriously. (Although in truth I think it was that a mod got jealous that I was selling a mid $x,xxx website).

Either way - I'm not attempting to defence Patty. But going on what other forums have done isn't great evidence, nor is it decent evidence. Just my humble opinion

O' I'm sorry about that I didn't mean anything by it. It was the number on the whois and one of the addresses links to a house for sale and some type of architect building company. Just curious as anybody would be. I'm sure you understand. You know Pat it's a wacky wacky world out there and I think that it would really really please people and make them happy happy if the people who are owed money, get their money back. By the way, what happened here: It would help explain everything and who you are and help to put this matter to rest for you and hopefully make our little world on this forum happy again.

I cannot release the funds. I have tried calling PayPal, they have told me on 4 occasions that they have to finish their investigations before anything is released. You go ahead and call them. They will tell you the same thing I am stating to you. In a New York minute, I'd be releasing those funds. No, I like having debates with people I live close to. It's especially fun when it is Scott (member here) and I. We hang out and talk politics in the bar. Fun times, *grinning* Also, I guess I have better things to do than get caught up in a fire online.

Funny thing that I see is that people are so quick to burn people when if you look within. You have probably done some not so kosher things too. We all make mistakes, some make many before it sinks in. Some understand right away. Unfortunately, I continue to make mistakes based on my issues.

I think today, I will finally take Don's advice. Which by the way, Don. I am sorry I didn't in the past. I thank you for putting up with me when you saw right through me. I just want to succeed and I thought by pleasing everyone and their dog. I would get somewhere. I thought quite a lot this morning and last night.

I don't have any excuses, I will rectify the situation by waiting out PayPal. When they find in Alex's favor. The money will be returned and you can pass whatever and I mean whatever judgment you'd like.

this is going to be super wacky, but I was banned from NP, because of the Warrior forum stuff. i never stated I was banned from NP for the same stuff.

I honestly can't tell you why Jamie is being signed like that unless I was maybe here in life talking to someone named Jamie and I typed that name. i know that is a weak excuse but I have never used any aliases except Alison G and my SL alias Hal Benson

I'll be the first to apologise if and when you make this right. But you could have easily refunded that money, but you seemed to have disputed it and all, hence the investigation.
